In ancient systems like Ayurveda an Chinese Traditional Medicine the foot bath has been a sacred ritual with many health benefits.  We are bringing back this ritual, as it works wonders if you have a full mind or are behind screens a lot. Let go of the day and award yourself a foot bath ritual.

Why a foot bath?
